Solution Description

FGECO Motor Control Centers (MCCs) are a compact, modular solution that combines motor starters, power feeders, and interlocking relays. Designed for optimal control and safety, our MCCs facilitate seamless integration with other systems and offer superior load management for any industrial application.

  • Form-4B & Modular Design: Fully compartmentalized design conforming to the highest form of separation (Form-4B), available in fixed and draw-out modules.
  • BMS Integration & Flexibility: Can be interfaced with a Building Management System (BMS) for advanced monitoring and control. Supports all common starter types: Direct On-Line (DOL), Star/Delta, Soft Starter Unit, and Variable Speed Drives (VSD).
  • Extreme Capacity: Main busbars rated up to 6100A, with short-time withstand current (Icw) up to 100 kA @ 1 sec. Neutral and earth busbars rated up to 100% of the main busbar.
  • Durability & Protection: High ingress protection (IP55), mechanical impact strength (IK10), and Seismic withstand capability for demanding environments.
